These Terms of use cover the prelaunch website at myriax.ai. The operator is Praxys Solutions LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company doing business as Myriax ("we", "us"). By submitting the waitlist form with the agreement box selected, you agree to these terms.
Pre-launch
Joining the waitlist does not purchase or reserve a service, guarantee access or pricing, or require either party to buy or provide the planned service. Features, suppliers, dates and planned prices may change. Any future service will require separate terms presented for acceptance before use.
Eligibility
Early access is currently for United States residents age 18 or older acting for a business or team.
Using the site
- Give accurate information on the waitlist form, and only sign up an email address you're allowed to use.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the site, get around its spam protection or rate limits, or submit automated sign-ups.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
Names and content
Myriax and the Myriax logo are branding used by Praxys Solutions LLC. We reserve our rights in the site content and branding to the extent those rights exist. Third-party names, marks and materials remain subject to their owners' rights. References do not imply an affiliation or endorsement.
You may link to the site and quote our own text with attribution.
Privacy
The Privacy notice explains what the waitlist collects and how to unsubscribe or be removed.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or take down the site at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this prelaunch website, and our aggregate liability to you arising from this website is limited to US $50. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Governing law and courts
Oklahoma law governs these terms, subject to mandatory applicable law. Subject to any nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Severability and changes
An unenforceable provision will be limited or severed to the extent legally permitted without affecting the remaining provisions. Updates apply prospectively; where a material change requires acceptance, we will obtain it before relying on that change. The date above shows the latest version.
