Signed receipt chain

Every call would return a signed receipt of Myriax's record: the route, the model the upstream declared, the price quoted and charged, and the Defense decision. Receipts would chain per account and check offline with one command.

Re-approval on change

Pin a route. If its model version, upstream or price changes, calls would be held with a signed diff until you or your agent approve it.
