Privacy notice

This notice covers myriax.ai and its early-access waitlist. The site is operated by Praxys Solutions LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company doing business as Myriax ("we", "us"). Myriax has not launched; any paid service will come with its own privacy terms.

What the waitlist collects

• Your email address (required).
• Your team or company name, if you give one.
• What you'd use: Models, Defense or Both.
• Which of the two ideas we're testing you'd use, and which plan you'd pick, if you answer those questions.
• A record of each signup: when you signed up, which form you used, and the versions of these terms, this notice and the signup wording you saw. We don't store your IP address with it.

How we use it and who receives it

We use signup information to manage early access, send the emails you request and understand product interest. We do not sell waitlist information or disclose it for third-party advertising. We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage and security, and Resend to send and manage messages. We may export limited working copies for these purposes. We retain signup wording/version records and limited information needed to respect your email preferences.

Spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile processes network and browser signals, including IP address, TLS fingerprint and user-agent information, to assess automated activity. Cloudflare acts as our processor when protecting this site and as a controller when using Signals to improve Turnstile's bot detection, as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Turnstile loads with any page that shows the waitlist form, so Cloudflare receives those signals directly from your browser, not from our server. We don't use Turnstile pre-clearance, so the check doesn't set a cf_clearance cookie.

Logging

Our code logs only short operational event codes, such as a signup being accepted. It does not write waitlist form contents, email addresses or IP addresses to logs. Cloudflare may attach technical details of the request to these log entries, and it processes technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. We use a salted hash derived from the IP address or network prefix for short-term rate limiting.

The rate-limit hash changes every 10 minutes and each one is deleted less than a day after it's created. Event logs are kept for up to 7 days. A salted hash can still be personal information, so we treat it as such.

Where it's stored

Waitlist entries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare is a US company and may process data in other countries.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe using the instructions in any early-access email or by contacting support@myriax.ai. We stop promotional emails promptly and within 10 business days. You do not need an account or a particular email subject line to unsubscribe.

Access, correction and deletion

You can also ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information at that address. We may take reasonable steps to verify requests where appropriate. We remove your waitlist information from active records and working exports within 30 days after receiving your deletion request, subject to applicable legal requirements. Verification does not delay stopping promotional email. Limited records may be retained to honor your preferences, meet legal duties or resolve claims.

Submitting the form again with the same email address doesn't update your existing answers, but it does add a new signup record; ask us if you want your answers corrected. When you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, we keep a one-way hash of your email address on a suppression list so a restored backup or an old export can't start emails again.

How long we keep it

We retain active waitlist information only while needed for early access and no longer than 18 months after signup. We keep each signup record, linked to a one-way hash of your email address, even after you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, so we can show which terms you agreed to. We delete each one 18 months after that signup, or a few days later if the signup was near the end of a month. The other limited records described above may have different retention periods.

Recoverable database history may retain deleted entries for up to 30 days after deletion. We do not use that history for ordinary outreach and reapply removals before using restored data. Other provider records follow the disclosed retention arrangements.

Eligibility and children

This waitlist is intended for United States residents age 18 or older acting for a business or team. If we learn that an ineligible minor submitted information, we will remove it and stop waitlist outreach.

Changes

We will update the date when this notice changes. We will provide notice of material changes to our information practices and obtain any consent required by law before applying a new use.
